The French agents here means those Vietnamese who served the French colonial power, Lord Huynh Giao Chu denounced them as a lackey of foreign invaders of Vietnam. They are commonly called the servile Vietnamese and worse the elements who are called traitor and will be condemned by the history of Vietnam.

These agents were often sent to survey all the activities of Lord Master who had grown more and more popular as He went propagating His oracles around the country, especially in the then Six Provinces, or CoChinChina called by the French colonial power. However, their efforts became futile as the Lord’s influence did not cease to grow with His charisma and appeal for non-violence policies for national unity and independence
