Mt. Sam

SAM MOUNTAIN: Also known as Vinh-Te Mountain, a mountain located in Vinh Te village, Chau Phu commune, Chau Phu district, in the south, 5 km from Chau Doc city, An Giang province. On the mountain slopes are the Tay An Pagoda and the tomb of the Buddha Master, the mausoleum of prefect Thoai Ngoc Hau and his wife, and the temple of the Lady of the Land.

SAP MOUNTAIN: Also known as Thoai Son, located in Thoai Son commune, Dinh Phu commune, An Giang province (Southern Vietnam). On the mountain is the temple of Thoai Ngoc Hau, built in 1882.
