Bright King — 明 王 King of wisdom.
Because humans are too arrogant, violent, and commit many crimes, the Jade Emperor wants to eliminate them. But thanks to the Bright King, who was full of mercy for the people in danger of destruction, He was very worried about finding a way to save them. He personally came to kneel in front of Vulture Hill to pray to the Buddha for his compassion and wisdom to command all Buddhas to come to earth to open the Dharma and save the people.
This in the Prophecy for Men, Master Hue Luu clearly stated: “Bright King came to the Buddha Hall, The teachings advise the central people to practice.” “This madman obeys Bright King’s orders, With the Buddha’s orders, he went down to preach to the people.” (SG Vol. 1) This passage means that the Master never deceives his followers and people, but always reveals the truth. let everyone know: in the future there will be a Holy King residing at the Imperial Citadel of Vietnam to judge ungrateful people:
“On clouds, the wise king holds the scales,
Under a judge of integrity, judgment is fair.”
(Nostalgia)
“This old man doesn’t say anything devious,
That deceives sentient beings.
Duc Minh-Vuong resides in Nam-Thanh,
Deng judges those who are disloyal.”
Oracle, Vol. I, p.249 Commentary on Repentance (1975)
