Cũng gọi là Thuyền Giác. Giác là chánh đạo hay chánh pháp, cũng đồng nghĩa với trí huệ. Thuyền là chiếc ghe để chuyên chở mọi vật, do chữ “Diệu Pháp Thuyền”. Ý nói người nương theo Chánh pháp của Đạo mà tu hành, chẳng còn nhiễm ô, vướng mắc việc thế tục, tức được tự tại giải thoát, ví như người cỡi thuyền vượt khỏi sông mê sang bờ giác.
-Đức Thầy đã từng “Xông thuyền giác rước đưa sanh chúng.”(Khuyến Thiện, Q.5). Và Ngài hằng khuyên tín đồ:
“Phật Đạo trau giồi tâm tánh lại,
Giác thuyền chuyên chở lúc can qua”.

Also called the Insight Boat. Insight or awakening refers to the Right Path or the True Dharma, which is also synonymous with wisdom. The boat is a vessel used to carry all things, from the term ‘Wonderful Dharma Boat.’ It implies that a person who follows the True Dharma of the Way in practice becomes free from defilements and worldly entanglements, thus attaining liberation, like someone riding a boat across the river of delusion to the shore of enlightenment.
- The Master once ‘Rode the Awakening Boat to guide and escort beings to birth.’ (Exhortation, Vol. 5). And He always advises followers:
‘Cultivate your virtues through Buddhism,
The Insight Boat takes you over the cataclysm.’
