Cầu Ông Lãnh (Vietnamese: Phường Cầu Ông Lãnh) is a ward of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It is one of the 168 new wards, communes and special zones of the city following the reorganization in 2025.[4][5]
The name originates from the military leader Nguyễn Ngọc Thăng, who built the first wooden bridge in the 19th century to facilitate transportation and defense. Later, during the French colonial period, the bridge was solidly constructed with cement, becoming an important landmark in waterway trade.
