Farmers. Broadly, it refers to people who specialize in sowing and cultivating fields (working on blessed land). It also means paying attention, being diligent, and putting all your thoughts and time into one thing. For example: being diligent or being focused. Mencius said: Whenever we do something without wholehearted effort, we cannot succeed. Therefore, the Master often advised, as in the poem ‘Dặn Dò Bổn Đạo’ (Advise the fellow adherents):

‘Early and late, the people need to be diligent,
Listen to the teachings, focusing on the immortal heaven.’
