THE PERSON WHO CALLED HIMSELF QUAN VAN TRUONG: He is Mr. Nam Han, that is Le Van Han from Kien Phu Thuong Hamlet, Kien An Commune, Cho Moi District (An Giang). He often called himself Quan Van Truong when performing treatment for the people, and each time he did so, he would shout loudly.
