The lotus throne, the place where Buddhas and Bodhisattvas sit. Those who practice the Pure Land Buddhism of reciting the Buddha’s name, upon rebirth in the Pure Land, will also sit there. Master Huệ Lựu said: “Whoever diligently cultivates their practice, and wholeheartedly practices recitation, will sit on the lotus throne.” The Master also said:
“May the old and young, men and women,
Let them all recite the Buddha’s name and ascend to the lotus throne.”
